Extracurricular activities promote physical fitness and active lifestyles. Participating in sports, dance, or outdoor activities helps children develop gross motor skills, coordination, strength, and endurance, fostering lifelong habits of health and wellness.

Gymnastics

Students tackle flexibility and body movement• Basic Level gymnastics technique• Physical gymnastics to Rhythmic gymnastics. Many gymnastic activities involve manipulating objects or equipment, such as catching and throwing balls, maneuvering through obstacle courses, or using hand-held equipment like jump ropes or bean bags, which helps improve fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.

Martial Arts

Martial art activite help children develop and refine gross motor skills such as running, jumping, hopping, skipping, climbing, and balancing. Through various movements and exercises, children develop a better understanding of their bodies and how they move in space, enhancing proprioception and kinesthetic awareness.

Soccer

Soccer promotes overall physical fitness by improving cardiovascular health, muscle strength, agility, and endurance. Running, kicking, dribbling, and maneuvering on the field contribute to developing a strong and healthy body. Piano lessons

Piano playing requires precise finger movements, hand-eye coordination, and dexterity. Theater Preparatory

Cultural diversity will be presented three times a week. Once a week the cultural aspects of theEnglish, Russian and Hispanic theater will be studied.• Warm-up exercises that include both physical and vocal components. Recording studios are equipped with professional-grade audio equipment, ensuring high-quality recordings of students' performances. This allows students to hear themselves clearly and accurately, providing valuable feedback on their vocal technique, tone, and expression.

Public Speaking

Theatre helps children develop public speaking skills as they perform in front of audiences, deliver lines, and project their voice. Children learn to speak clearly, confidently, and with conviction, skills that are valuable in presentations, interviews, and everyday communication.
